We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may return it in accordance with this Return Policy.
Returns Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page. Items must be returned in original condition, unused, resellable, and with original packaging and accessories. Returns must be initiated after the order has been delivered.
How to Return
- 1. Open your order details in your account and request a return.
- 2. Wait for return authorization and instructions (including an RMA number, if provided).
- 3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address below.
Unapproved returns or packages sent without authorization may be refused.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to the original payment method or offer an exchange, depending on availability. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after processing. If an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in resellable condition, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. CCOO.ca is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Exceptions
Some items may be non‑returnable, including:
- Clearance or final‑sale items
- Personal care items
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked “non‑returnable” on the product page
